Hi, I am Kenny Thomas.
I have known Mrs. Bertha Avotri (popularly known as Mrs. Love) for more than 4 years now. I had the privilege of staying with her and her husband Mr. Seyram Avotri at the Nurses Quarters (Accra Psychiatric). I saw her demonstrate real love on several occasions in the home as a mother to first the husband, then everyone else under her roof including me.
She showed me kindness by accepting me into her home when I was schooling and needed a place closer to my stay while I school. I never had to worry about what to eat or paying bills all the time I stayed at her home. It was sad to hear of her condition. How someone of her caliber full of life and strength could be struck but such ailment? I join my voice with the many people she’s touched to seek support for her in this time of dire need
My name is Samuel Nyanteh Gyasi, i have known Bertha in 2021 when my wife who paralysed as a result of childbirth was in the same ward with her.
My wife was later diagnosed of inflammatory polymyositis.
Though Bertha was on dialysis, this lady will be praying for my wife and the husband too will be assisting me carry my wife from bed as and when it’s we want to.
Bertha is her critical state will be sharing words of encouragement to my wife that she will walk again, she always make sure my wife is eaten in my absence.
What saddens me most is that, at night if my wife feel like turning herself on the, this lady who can’t do anything will go looking for a nurse to turn her.
She is a very Kindhearted person and i pray a philanthropist locate her to enable her raise that amount for her transplant.
May God be with you my dear.
